Sales Development Representative


As Sales Development Representative, you will help drive Centricity's future growth by building relationships with prospective customers and manage the very start of the sales process. This means you will be representing Centricity as the first point of contact for many organizations. 

You will be responsible for nurturing and qualifying inbound leads, source new qualified leads, and re-invigorate leads that have gone cold. Further, you will be responsible for measuring and reporting metrics on the results of sales campaigns to drive more success for future campaigns. 

Centricity is primed for aggressive expansion, so this role will lead to exposure across all areas of the business. If you like tackling new challenges, getting creative to improve processes, and working collaboratively to drive success, this will be a great fit for you.

Day to Day Tasks Include

  • Work with the sales team to define target market segments.
  • Research areas for expansion and growth.
  • Contact map individuals in target organizations.
  • Develop and execute outbound phone and e-mail sales campaigns to reach target audience.
  • Work with sales & marketing teams to qualify new leads.
  • Measure and report on success metrics to define best practices.
  • Attend and represent Centricity at Tradeshows / Conferences.
  • Manage the lead flow process across all channels.
